Who we are

In this Privacy Policy references to "we" and "us" are to Admedia Solutions Ltd.

By accepting this Privacy Policy and the User Agreement, you expressly consent to our use and disclosure of your personal information in the manner prescribed in this Privacy Policy. If you object to this use and disclosure please do not register with us.

This Privacy Policy applies to the www.myadbase.com website (the "Site").

What information we collect and how

Our primary goal in collecting personal and company information is to provide you with a safe, efficient, and personalised experience. We only collect information about you that we consider necessary for this purpose.

What we do with your information

Privacy - We gather your information so that other people will have it on hand when they win your auction or you win their auction. Personal information is not sold or rented without your permission. Personal information sent to a user regarding a product bought or sold on the auction is not to be used for any other purpose, except for communication concerning the auction item.

You agree that we may use personally identifiable information about you to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to analyze site usage, improve our content and product offerings, and customise the Site's content, layout, and services. These uses improve the Site and better tailor it to meet your needs.

You agree that we may use your information to contact you and deliver information to you that, in some cases, are targeted to your interests, such as targeted banner advertisements, mailbox messages, product offerings, and communications relevant to your use of the Site. By accepting the User Agreement and reading this Privacy Policy, you expressly agree to receive this information.

Our Disclosure of Your Information.

As a matter of policy, Admedia Solutions Ltd will never sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. However, the following describes some of the ways that we may disclose your personally identifiable information.

(a) My Marketplace. The information provided and maintained by you in My Marketplace is to promote your business. This information will be available to users of the Site without restriction.

We may use third parties to carry out certain activities, such as processing and sorting data, monitoring how customers use the Site and issuing our e-mails for us. Control of your password.

You are responsible for all actions taken with your User ID and password, including those actions that result in fees being charged to your account. Therefore we do not recommend that you disclose your User ID password to any third parties. If you choose to share your User ID and password or your information with third parties to where it is necessary for you to do so for them to provide you additional services, you are responsible for all actions taken with your User ID and password and therefore you should review that third party's privacy policy. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personally identifiable information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Therefore, if your password or account has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately change your password.
